Survivor Philippines Celebrity Edition was a big hit when the show aired last monday. But today’s episode is the first challenge for the celebrity survivors.
It’s a reward challenge and there will be two winners. The game is called “apat na elemento” the objective is the first person to shoot 3 rings in a pole and release the banner. Buwi of Parokya ni Edgar made history as the first Survivor Philippines Celebrity Edition challenge winner Followed by Aira of sexbomb. They both won a scroll, Buwi was officially declared as the tribes leader as it was written in his scroll. But Aira’s scroll will be opened on the tribal council.
Ilumina the newest drama fantasy series of GMA and is part of the 60th anniversary celebration of GMA Network. Two sexy and beautiful GMA Kapuso stars leads the cast of the show. Rhian Ramos as Romana and Jackie Rice as Krisanta. They are also joined by Aljur Abrenica as Iñigo , Cesar Montano as ROmano, Christopher de Leon as Frederico, Jean Garcia as Elvira and Melina, Ara Mina as Elsa, Paulo Avelino as Antonio, Jake Vargas as Eliseo and Bea Binene as Evelina are also part of the drama fantasy series.
It is directed by Mark Reyes watch Ilumina starting August 2 after Pilyang Kerubin.
Eat Bulaga Still Strong At 30 WoWoWee Ends It’s 5 Year Stint
Yesterday we all watch the last day of Willie Revillame’s noontime show WoWoWee. It aired and top the ratings for five years. WoWoWee have been to a lot of controversies including the Ultra stampede and game mechanics. Willie Revillame which most us know have been in controversies himself but have all surpassed it. But as the saying goes “All Good Must Come To An End”.
On to the other network GMA and the bitter rival of the noontime show WoWoWee, Eat Bulaga is celebrating it’s 30th anniversary cementing it’s position as the longest running noontime show in the Philippines. Eat Bulaga is hosted by the tv icons Sen. Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto and Joey De Leon, they also hold the longest hosting stint in a show.
Regine Velasquez and Ogie Alcasid Getting Married on December
In an guest interview in Showbiz Central GMA Networks sunday entertainment talk show Regine Velasquez hinted that she and partner Ogie Alcasid may be tying the not this year. Ogie Alcasid who was also on the set to surprise Regine later on joined the interview and confirmed that he is waiting for the time to get married with Regine and they are both praying that this happens sooner.
They both said that they are ironing things in order for the marriage to push thru and there are rumors that the date would be on December 22, 2010. Regine Velasquez on the other hand wishes to have a baby sooner for she is not getting any younger. To Ogie Alcasid and Regine Velasquez we also pray that your wedding plans push thru and have a baby as soon as possible best wishes to the both of you.
It’s official Congressman Manny Pacquiao will be fighting for the vacant super-welterweight title against a tough mexican former world boxing champion Antonio Margarito. If Manny Pacquiao will win this fight, he will be the first boxer to win 8 different world boxing title in 8 divisions.
The fight will be on the 13 of November most likely to be outside the U.S. for Antonio Margarito is ban for 1 year in fighting in the U.S. This match up would be a great fight to look forward to in November. Things are now doing fine with former starstruck winner Jennylyn Mercado and former teen star Patrick Garcia. Jennylyn sent their love child AJ to be at Cheska Garcia’s Daughter’s Birthday Party. The whole Garcia family is happy and thankful that Jennylyn has open the doors for them. Mommy Bing Garcia said that she wants AJ to grow up close with their cousins.
Patrick Garcia is very happy and elated when AJ calls him “Daddy”. Patrick has this to say in an interview “Well, for Jen, thank you. Thank you for allowing me see my kid and I’m very happy. Don’t you worry, I’ll love him with all my heart.”

After the success of Survivor Philippines, It is now on its 3rd installment with the celebrity edition. The Survivor Philippines Celebrity Edition will be hosted by actor Richard Gutierrez.
The castaways are composed of actors, singers, comedians and models. Michelle Madrigal is rumored to be one of the castaways and one member of the starstruck finalist. still we have no idea who are the official castaways and where is the location of this edition will be held.
