Willie Revillame Leaving the ABS-CBN Network
On the latest saga between ABS-CBN and former WoWoWee host Willie Revillame, announced that he is no longer honoring his contract with the Kapamilya network and wants out of ABS-CBN. Willie feels about what happened with their negotiation with the network. He is expecting to be back at WoWoWee on July 31, 2010 but was shocked to find out the the show was cancelled. On the other hand ABS-CBN offered him a once a week program or a show at studio 23 which he declined.
But ABS-CBN is standing by its ground that Willie Revillame is bound to ABS-CBN by a contract until September 2011.

After the long wait it’s now Zanjoe Marudo’s turn to speak about the talk of the town courting between his former girlfriend Mariel Rodriguez and Pambansang Utol Robin Padilla.
In a one on one interview with The Buzz host Toni Gonzaga he speaks about what he feels and turn down questions regarding the reason of his break up with Pilipinas Win na Win host Mariel Rodriguez. He has nothing bad to say about Mariel Rodriguez and is happy that she is happy with Robin Padilla and he wish her well. And when asked about his lovelife, Zanjoe answered that he is not looking for one and focusing on his career.

In a one on one interview with Mariel Rodriguez herself in e-live, Robin Padilla declared that there is only one thing he wants to do is to marry Mariel Rodriguez and want to leave the showbusiness and stay away from the limelight.
Also in this interview Robin admitted she gave Mariel a ring and consider her a diamond. Before the interview ends Robin proudly announce that she loves her so much. It was a birthday special for Mariel Rodriguez

Diether Ocampo and his long time girlfriend Rima Ostwani are not together in an interview in the ABS-CBN Showbiz News Ngayon (SNN) last Aug. 4.
Diether cited the reason for their breakup is lack of time and individual difference. The break-up is mutually decided by both Diether and Rima and it ended well. Even they are not together Diether still wishes Rima only the best, Rima on the other hand is making a career in hosting.
While Diether is included in the cast of Mamarazzi a movie produce by Regal Entertainment which stars Eugene Domingo

Venus Raj will represent our country officially in the 2010 Miss Universe Pageant in the U.S. she left the country yesterday. After her controversial dethroning of the title due to some technicalities she will be carrying the Philippine flag in the said event. In an interview before leaving for the U.S. she said that the issue made her stronger and wants the Miss Universe title more.
On a lighter note the resident manghuhula of Tweetbiz has predicted that Venus Raj will win the Miss Universe title. Let’s see if the prediction will come true. To Venus Raj Goodluck and bring home the Miss Universe Title.

Award winning director and Cannes Filmfest winner Brillante Mendoza is making another movie based in real life stories in the hostage taking in Mindanao. Leading the cast is also an award winning actor Coco Martin and International french actress Isabelle Huppert. It will be the first time that the actress will be working with filipino talents and she is looking forward and happy for the project.

Cristine Reyes and Rayver Cruz Went To Cebu Together
Cristine Reyes confirmed in her guesting at ABS-CBN’s The Buzz the premiere sunday entertainment show that she and Rayver went to cebu for her eye surgery and stayed overnight at Donna Cruz’s house in cebu but made sure and cleared that they were on a separate room. It was Donna’s husband Dr. Yong Larrazabal who performed the operation.
She also explained that Rayver is only a good friend and is not courting her. They always go out in a group and told that she is open in dating anyone and is not exclusively dating Rayver Cruz.

Willie Revillame Helps Mura Get Back In Showbusiness
Mura’s claim to fame was when he was introduced with Mahal as the Power Pak Twins in the noontime show Magandang Tanghali Bayan It was willie Revillame who gave the former circus/carnival performer a break in showbusiness. Mura or Allan Padua in real life has done movies and tv shows. I’ve last seen him in a tv show in GMA 7 and was shock to know that he was badly hurt after a tricycle mishap. I’ve first seen his story last sunday at Korina Sanche’s Rated K tv show.
And it was good to know that after appearing in Paparazzi a sunday showbiz talkshow of the TV 5 hosted by Willie Revillame’s good friend Cristy Fermin, Mo Twister and Ruffa Gutierrez that Willie have promised to shoulder all the medical expenses of Mura.

Ilumina the newest drama fantasy series of GMA and is part of the 60th anniversary celebration of GMA Network. Two sexy and beautiful GMA Kapuso stars leads the cast of the show. Rhian Ramos as Romana and Jackie Rice as Krisanta. They are also joined by Aljur Abrenica as Iñigo , Cesar Montano as ROmano, Christopher de Leon as Frederico, Jean Garcia as Elvira and Melina, Ara Mina as Elsa, Paulo Avelino as Antonio, Jake Vargas as Eliseo and Bea Binene as Evelina are also part of the drama fantasy series.
It is directed by Mark Reyes watch Ilumina starting August 2 after Pilyang Kerubin.

Eat Bulaga Still Strong At 30 WoWoWee Ends It’s 5 Year Stint
Yesterday we all watch the last day of Willie Revillame’s noontime show WoWoWee. It aired and top the ratings for five years. WoWoWee have been to a lot of controversies including the Ultra stampede and game mechanics. Willie Revillame which most us know have been in controversies himself but have all surpassed it. But as the saying goes “All Good Must Come To An End”.
On to the other network GMA and the bitter rival of the noontime show WoWoWee, Eat Bulaga is celebrating it’s 30th anniversary cementing it’s position as the longest running noontime show in the Philippines. Eat Bulaga is hosted by the tv icons Sen. Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto and Joey De Leon, they also hold the longest hosting stint in a show.
